Robert has a rich experience working in 14 countries with Hewlett Packard and his consulting firm, Aralma (www.aralma.com). We are pleased to have him as an advisor and instructor in French-speaking countries where he teaches management and leadership skills.  Robert is known in the IT industry as a leader of change in complex organizations. In Hewlett Packard he led improvements to the LOR (Level Of Relationship) with customers and channel partners, managed marketing teams and developed sales teams with his customized program to “Reduce Time to Success”. He was Area General Manager at HP France and later appointed to lead the Europe-Middle East-Africa Program Management of the Compaq/Hewlett Packard merger for all tracks – including business, legal and functional. Working at a global level in HP, he helped managers harness the leadership skills, political resources, and cultural understandings needed for successful organizational change. Most recently he has been invited by HEC, the top business school in Paris, to present a case study on the HPQ merger to MBA students. In addition to his teaching and consulting, he is an active member of Docteur Souris, a non-profit organization which provides a computer and internet access to each hospitalized child in France. Robert holds an Executive MBA of the IFG Business School in Paris.
