360 Leadership Evaluation
How does your management style impact your career? Learn how people experience you and identify strengths and needs to be your personal best. Our 360 is a multi-rater survey of nine leadership behaviors using self-evaluation and evaluation from managers/board, peers, direct reports, and colleagues.
The goal of the feedback is to provide a balanced view of how others view his or her contribution in 9 areas: managing outcomes, delegating, developing others, making decisions, dealing with conflict, building teams, leading, ensuring long-term results, and professional growth. Meet with your coach in three meetings to discuss results and an action plan for strengthening performance. Be prepared for honest feedback on what might be holding you back and how you can move forward.
What You Gain
. 360 Evaluation: Meet one-on-one with your coach to discuss results.
. Action Plan: Use the data to create a plan with clear steps for what success would look like. (30 minutes)
. Coaching: Practice new skills and get ongoing feedback and on what’s working and what’s not working. Learn skills to communicate more effectively and strengthen your leadership capability. (3 hours)
