Our 360 is a multi-rater survey of nine leadership behaviors using self-evaluation and evaluation from supervisors, peers, subordinates, and others. The assessment gives in-depth analysis of your strengths and work style. Together, the results provide a deeper view of behavior and motivation so you can identify development opportunities.

Our short coaching program includes three meetings. First, we identify your strengths and needs and then we help you plan your career so you can be in a job that makes you happy. Leave with more confidence in your strengths, an understanding of your development needs, and an Action Plan to move forward in your career.
Hiring the wrong person for the job costs money and time. We assess candidates and help you find the right fit by identifying how a potential hire handles stress, works with teams, and communicates with colleagues and clients. Give us 2 or 3 hours and we will give you a detailed report on your candidate’s potential.
