Suhail Bin Tarraf, Founder and CEO of Tanfeeth, wanted to develop his fast-growing banking service company and take operations to scale. He was seeking further education at Harvard Business School, and a management program that could help his top leaders get the skills they needed to help grow the business to new heights. He returned to Tanfeeth with new ideas on how to educate his team and support innovation.

Boston Global developed a one-year program that allowed his executive committee to design their own learning plan and gain the skills, tools and frameworks to do their job more effectively and efficiently. Participants took full advantage of the resources from Harvard and participated in group workshops and individual coaching throughout the year.
