Giovanni is our in-house expert in Organizational Strategy and Transformation.  He uses passion, problem solving and people skills across HR, Talent and Communications to help Boston Global clients achieve business results. He has developed strong cross cultural skills having been fortunate enough to live and work in over 10 different countries, with vast experience in emerging markets.

Giovanni holds a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Groningen and is an alum from Harvard Business School’s General Management Program. He has worked in a variety of roles within industry and consulting environments, ranging from Chief People Officer for a fast-growing Dubai based start-up, to defining organizational strategy, driving end-to-end transformation and technology implementations or running culture & change management programs for global Fortune 500 companies during his time with Accenture in London.

Giovanni is a global speaker and writer on HR analytics and the Future of Work. He is one of the co-writers of the SHRM-SCP Certification test and has worked as a SHRM HR Masterclass facilitator and university guest lecturer. He serves as Senior Advisor to the Board and Founders of Qlearsite – an Organizational Science & Analytics startup based in London and sits on the advisory board of PeopleCart, a Performance Management and Social Recognition start-up based in India.
